£150 per day – Self-Employed CIS Subcontractor
RGS Decorators Ltd is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our growing team working on new build housing developments.

Paint Systems
- Premium water-based systems
- Dulux Trade Diamond products
- White and Magnolia specifications
Requirements
- Previous new build decorating experience essential
- Valid CSCS Card
- UTR Number
- Right to work in the UK
- Own whites, tools and PPE, Transport
- Safety boots, hard hat and hi-vis vest required
- Public Liability Insurance required
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and polite manner
- Willing to take instruction from site management and supervisors
- Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements
Duties
- Preparation, filling, sanding and caulking
- Mist coating
- Walls, ceilings and woodwork
- Application of premium water-based paint systems
- Finishing newly built homes to a high standard
- Snagging and quality control works
Site Information
- Working hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Saturday morning work may be available
- Additional out-of-hours work may be offered
- Free street parking
- Site canteen facilities available
- Respectful behaviour towards residents, visitors and other trades is expected at all times
- Daily sign-in and sign-out procedures must be followed
- Supervisor on site
