Care Assistant - Cranwell Court

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading, coaching and supporting care staff

Reviewing and updating care plans
-
Administering and recording medication
-
Providing personal care and promoting independence
-
Supporting residents’ quality of life
-
Working with families and the wider care team
-
Reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately
About You
You’ll ideally have:
-
Experience working in care
-
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience
-
Medication training
-
Experience supervising or supporting other staff
-
A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for care

Cranwell Court is a modern care home featuring 58 beds, thoughtfully divided into a 17-bed enhanced dementia unit and a 41-bed residential development. Located on Cambridge Road in Grimsby and set within its own beautifully landscaped grounds, Cranwell Court offers a range of spacious, self-contained apartments equipped with kitchen and bathroom facilities, giving residents the comfort of their own front door and private space.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
