From our humble beginnings, we have grown into a respected workshop delivering everything from one-off furniture pieces and office fit-outs to luxury retail displays, pop-up stores, hospitality installations and large-scale experiential projects for leading brands.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our growing team.
This is a workshop-based role where you will manufacture bespoke joinery from detailed workshop drawings, taking each project from raw materials through to final assembly. Every project is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys varied, high-quality work and takes pride in producing exceptional craftsmanship.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, take initiative, and consistently produce accurate, high-quality joinery.
Responsibilities
- Manufacture bespoke joinery from detailed workshop drawings.
- Produce high-end cabinetry, furniture and retail display elements.
- Assemble and finish joinery to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and quality throughout production.
- Work safely and efficiently within our workshop.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker.
- Ability to read and interpret technical workshop drawings.
- High standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Experience operating woodworking machinery, including:
- Panel saw
- Veneer press
- Spindle moulder
- Routers
- Edge bander
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to assist with site installations when required.
- must have own hand tools
