We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through expert hair styling and grooming services.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with the final result.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques to offer clients the latest styles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Promote salon services and products to encourage repeat business.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in various hair styling techniques and barbering skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are advantageous but not mandatory for skilled individuals.
