Job Title – Reablement Assistant, Wokingham £28,264.11
Short-Term Assessment and Reablement Team (START) is an intermediate care service providing short-term interventions of up to 6 weeks, to promote independence to the people we support in their own homes across Wokingham.
This is a busy service, focused on providing timely rehabilitation goals to achieve maximum independence for the individual using a therapy-based approach.
