At Elm Lodge, we don’t just provide care—we create a warm, welcoming home. We are looking for a hands-on Hospitality & Housekeeping Assistant to join our team and take ownership of our cleaning, laundry, and dining services.

What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and supporting housekeeping, laundry, and hospitality teams
*Ensuring the home is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
*Overseeing laundry services with dignity and care for residents’ clothing
*Preparing and serving nutritious meals in line with food hygiene standards
*Supporting menu planning and meeting residents’ dietary needs
*Managing stock, supplies, and cleaning schedules
*Working closely with the wider care team to deliver an excellent service
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or care settings
✔ A proactive, positive and hands-on approach
✔ Strong organisational and leadership skills
✔ Understanding of hygiene, infection control and food safety
✔ Food hygiene certificate (or willingness to complete)
