We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young lady in Birmingham.
Our service user is happy and content, with a love for the outdoors. She enjoys trips to the park and cherishes quality time with her family and care team. Fascinated by lights and sensory toys, her ceiling sparkles with glitter paint, creating a magical and soothing atmosphere that she adores.
She usually settles into bed by 7PM and sleeps soundly, requiring repositioning only once during the night unless she feels unsettled.
Your role involves delivering specialist care throughout the night, remaining attentive to her needs, managing her clinical interventions, and creating a calm environment to ensure she enjoys a restful night’s sleep.

Our service users family have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Pay Rates:
£13.50 - £15.00 per hour Approx. £128.25 - £142.50 (per 9.5-hour night shift)
Shifts Available:
- Part Time Nights
- 2 shifts per week
- 10:00pm - 7:30am
Essential Experience:
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication administration
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
