The Role: Customer Experience Advisor

You’ll be the friendly voice and welcoming first point of contact for our members and visitors.

Every day will bring something new — you’ll be involved in:

Supporting new and existing memberships

Guiding customers through course bookings

Handling cancellations and general enquiries

Promoting services, current offers, and upcoming events

Making proactive calls to showcase what we do

Building positive relationships and championing our brand
What You’ll Bring
You’ll shine in this role if you have:

Previous customer service or sales experience

A confident, warm telephone manner

Great communication skills — written and verbal

Quick learning ability with digital systems

A love for organisation and getting the details right

This is a shift-based position, including some early evenings and weekends — perfect if you enjoy variety and a lively working environment.
