About Creativedge:
We're a high end bespoke furniture and cabinetry manufacturer based in West London, looking to expand our business as we continue to grow. We need an experienced furniture sprayer to spray and stain bespoke items of cabinetry and furniture. We use both polyurethane and water-based paints, along with staining of different timbers. Experience of Liquid Metal and brass finishing would be a distinct advantage.
Keeping the spray shops clean and tidy is essential, and something we value as a company.
At least 3-5 years experience of spraying in a similar company to us would be critical for this role.
Key Duties:
Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking to ready for top coat.
Applying a high quality finish to every panel, an eye for detail is essential as every job must be the best It can possibly be, we pride ourselves on our spray finish.
Operating spraying equipment effectively and safely.
Wearing protective equipment throughout the day, ensuring company and industrial standards are maintained.
Working across multiple projects at once, being able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Be able to work on site if final touch ups are required, using compressors and other on site spray equipment.
Able to meet deadlines and communicate with the workshop management team, so we can work to the production schedule.
Key Skills:
Experience with spraying paint and staining, ensuring a consistent finish throughout a job.
A highly quality spray and stain finish is essential.
Experience to resolve problems that may arise.
Ability to use airless spray equipment, and other spray equipment.
On site painting and touch-up snagging experience would be a distinct advantage.
