Junior Elite FC are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspiring youth coaches preferably with good experience in coaching and managing a team. Candidates must be confident in learning and coaching the 'Junior Elite way' embodying our core principles and values on and off the field.
Due to training location candidates must be London based only.
Role Responsibilities include by are not limited to:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for football players
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to enhance players' skills and performance
- Teach players the rules, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Create game plans and strategies for upcoming matches
- Motivate and inspire players to give their best effort on and off the field
- Ensure the safety of players during practices and games
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities
- Display good characteristics for young players to follow e.g punctuality, attendance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching, preferably in football
- Extensive knowledge of the game of football, including rules, strategies, and techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate players
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of players
- Organizational skills to plan practices, games, and team activities
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
