Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels, food hygiene standards and overall store presentation
- Support onboarding, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent etiquette and communication skills
- Maintain organised administrative records, including refrigeration and food temperature logs, inventory, and staffing schedules
Requirements
- Management experience with a focus on supervising teams in a fast-food environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide others toward shared goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in fast-food management or related supervisory roles preferred
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in administrative functions such as reporting, scheduling, and record keeping
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with professional etiquette and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
