Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth across various sectors.
The role is focused on finding new clients, opening conversations and creating new business opportunities. The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment. It is not necessary to be a senior salesperson or an extensive experience experience in the print and signage industry. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident approaching businesses and is motivated by seeing their sales activity turn into results.
However, you should have some experience in sales, customer acquisition or business development and, most importantly, the confidence and motivation to proactively look for new business.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct effective negotiations to close deals that benefit both the client and organisation.
- Present products and services confidently to potential clients via face-to-face meetings, calls, or virtual presentations.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using IT tools and CRM systems to track progress and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services post-sale.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organisation’s offerings, industry trends, and competitors to optimise sales strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive B2B sales initiatives by engaging with corporate clients across various sectors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings or presentations.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions tailored to client needs.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not limited.

Work location
The role is based at our production facility in Ripley, Surrey.
This is primarily an on-site position, with occasional client meetings and site visits when required.

We are growing and are now looking for a proactive Sales Executive to help us generate new business and build long-term relationships with commercial clients.
