We are seeking a passionate and skilled Soft Tissue Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ soft tissue conditions, including muscle, fascia, and connective tissue evaluations
- Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and therapeutic goals
- Perform hands-on soft tissue therapies such as massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching techniques
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment exercises to enhance recovery and prevent future issues
- Maintain detailed records of treatment sessions, progress notes, and client feedback
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
- Stay updated on the latest soft tissue therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Soft Tissue Therapist or similar role within a healthcare or wellness setting
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess and treat soft tissue conditions
- Excellent manual skills with the ability to perform various massage and manipulation techniques effectively
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and provide empathetic client care
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when necessary
- Certification or licensure in soft tissue therapy, massage therapy, or related fields as required by local regulations
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and staying current with industry advancements

Pay: £50.00-£100.00 per day
