We are looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic manager to lead our before and after School Club and Holiday Club.

Emma’s Angels Day Nursery Ltd is a full day care nursery, before and after school club, holiday club and forest school.
This role will involve leading the provision in our own dedicated space, in the ‘school house’, with role play room, construction suite, art room, tv and pool space… A one stop shop for our out of school children.
Working Hours – Term time
Monday to Friday
7.15-9.15am / 15:00 – 18:00pm,
School Holidays
30-40 hours between the times of 7.30am-6pm
About the Role
As Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver exceptional wraparound care experiences for children before, after the school day and in the school holidays.
You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a deputy or manager role. We have a number of children who require additional support, behaviour management training would also be an advantage.
You'll build positive relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and activity delivery.
From sports and games to arts & crafts, team challenges, and structured play, you'll help create memorable experiences that children look forward to every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children
- Lead exciting activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
- Plan engaging sessions that are inclusive, age-appropriate, and child-centred
- Manage, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding experiences
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate records and oversee the day-to-day running of the club
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in children
- Help create a club environment where every child feels included, valued, and supported
- We also provide a cooked tea..
- Be a mentor, lead team meetings, inductions and staff training.

Qualifications
Childcare Level 3 is desirable
Pay: £14.75-£15.50 per hour
