We are an established Learning Disabilities support service in Kelso, currently supporting two young men, and we’re now looking to grow our team as the service develops further. We’re seeking enthusiastic, creative people who are passionate about helping others live independently, be active in their community, and enjoy meaningful, fun-filled days.
What you’ll do:
- Support people to build confidence and independence
- Plan and take part in community activities, social events, and being outdoors
- Create positive routines and empowering, person‑centred support
- Help shape a service from the ground up
- Various shift patterns from two to five shifts a week, details can be discussed at interview

We will support you to achieve an SVQ3 in Social Services and Healthcare and provide all other training. We also offer a competitive reward package and a range of benefits, including private healthcare membership. This role requires a full UK Driving Licence, membership of the Disclosure Scotland PVG Scheme and SSSC Registration - we will also reimburse registration fees.
