The Lodge Pre-School & Nursery is looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to help us deliver high-quality experiences for our Little Lodgers and their families.

Our nursery is family run and we are proud to offer spaces for children and staff that are calm, inspiring and thoughtfully designed. Our pre-school rooms free-flow into a large garden where we grow vegetables, wheat and flowers.
The Lodge is a unique setting where we place children, families and staff at the centre of everything we do.
We are looking for a full-time Room Leader to join our nursery team.
What you'll receive:
- 40 hours per week, 5 days over Monday–Friday, 07:30–17:30
- Starting salary £15 per hour (£31,200 annually)

Staff wear their own clothes – no uniform required.
The Lodge has exceptionally high standards and is highly respected by our families and Little Lodgers. The person in this role must be confident, forward-thinking and able to lead a room while supporting and guiding a team.
We are looking for someone who is Level 3 qualified (or above) and has experience within a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role.
Must haves:
- Current DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain – funded by the company)
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete – funded by the company)
- Qualification in Early Years or QTS

Pay: £31,200.00-£35,100.00 per year
