Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner for New Builds based in and around Derbyshire and surrounding areas. This role is vital in helping us deliver exceptional cleaning services on construction sites, contributing to the successful hand-over of new properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties on construction sites, including initial and final cleans.
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with site managers and contractors to meet cleaning requirements.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards before project completion.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or issues.
- Support team members in completing daily tasks effectively.
- Travelling from various sites during the day.
- Qualifications
- Valid driving license is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- CSCS card will be required to work on site.
All PPE is provided, except safety shoes.
