Swallowcourt is seeking a dedicated and committed Senior Support Worker in our Specialist home.

You will support the Registered Manager in the delivery of excellent care and contribute to the efficient running of the Care Home.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion. You will also take on a senior role within the team, helping to guide and support colleagues, contribute to care planning, medication administration and ensure excellent standards of care are maintained.
About You:
- Caring, patient, and empathetic with a passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities essential
