Glenisla Developments Ltd is a quality housebuilder delivering high-specification homes throughout Perthshire. Due to an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced Finishing Joiner to join our site team.
We are open to applications from both employed joiners and self-employed subcontractors looking for consistent, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve all aspects of finishing joinery within occupied and newly completed homes, including:
- Installation of kitchens and utility rooms
- Fitting bathroom vanity units and furniture
- Installation of Cedral cladding and external finishing details
- Snagging and quality assurance works
- Customer care and maintenance joinery works
- Working closely with site management to maintain programme targets and quality standards
What We're Looking ForEssential:
- Proven experience in finishing joinery
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS Card preferred
Desirable:
- Experience fitting kitchens and utility rooms
- Experience installing Cedral cladding systems
- Experience working within the new-build housing sector
- Customer-facing experience
