Restaurant Manager - Green Park Brasserie & Bath Pizza Co
The Role
- We're looking for an exceptional manager to manage the Green Park Brasserie's and Bath Pizza Co's team and run a very busy, fast paced restaurant and bar
- You'll work closely with our Group General Manager to oversee the day to day running of the Brasserie, receiving outstanding training and mentoring
- 45 hours/week (approx.), including weekends and evenings
- OTE of £45,000 p/a
- 2 days off per week (together where possible)
About you
- You'll be enthusiastic and have a real love for hospitality - ensuring that our customers return time and time again
- You'll love to train, develop and lead staff
- You'll love to learn about food and drink and have an in-built passion for excellent customer service
- You might currently be in an assistant manager position or supervisor role looking to take the next step
