Here at Root One we are looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our Café team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is as passionate about good food as they are great customer service.
This is a permanent, part-time role, working 3 - 4 days a week and alternate weekends.
We are looking for someone who is equally happy taking customer orders, serving on the till and delivering food. This is a very hands-on role and you would need to be able to work on your initiative.
We are looking for a good team player, customer focussed with great communication skills. Someone able to always consider maximising income opportunities by minimising waste and controlling resources. Have an eye for detail to ensure every dish delivered to a customer is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented.
You would also need to ensure that both the kitchen and front of house areas are presented to the highest standards throughout the day, whilst making sure we meet our customers expectations.
Ideally you would have experience in a busy café/restaurant environment, but training will be available for the right person.
