- Support the implementation of personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Use electronic records to document care activities accurately and efficiently.
- Drive between different care locations or clients’ homes as needed, ensuring timely support and adherence to schedules.
- Promote independence by encouraging clients’ participation in activities while respecting their dignity.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience working in domiciliary care is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Basic IT literacy is required for documentation and accessing care plans electronically.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive are preferred to facilitate travel between locations.
