We are looking for a Full Time Yard Person to join our expanding team.
Applicants must have good customer service skills, excellent timekeeping, and the ability to work on their own initiative but also within a team environment. We require team members to be reliable, motivated and capable of following instructions.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Maintain a neat and tidy yard at all times
- Serving customers with their orders and loading correct orders to their vehicles
- Offloading deliveries and checking stock received is correct and putting away in a timely manner
- Monitoring of stock controls by regular stock taking and notifying office for reordering
- Completion of all required paperwork
- Loading our own vehicles following produced load lists for following days deliveries
- Using forklifts and overhead cranes for loading & unloading
Up to date forklift truck certification required
