Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring all team members adhere to company standards and policies.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely service while maintaining strict food safety protocols.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cleanliness standards.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations to guests.
- Train new employees on service procedures, food safety practices, and culinary techniques to promote continuous improvement.
- Monitor time management within the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours without compromising quality.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning feedback into opportunities for service excellence.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management with a strong background in food service operations.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation techniques.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, inventory counts, and sales reports.
- Kitchen experience or culinary background that supports operational oversight.
