We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to run our night shift, leading a team of 5–10 warehouse operatives and MHE operators across inbound, storage, picking and dispatch. You'll be the senior person on site overnight, trusted to keep operations safe, accurate and on time.
What you'll do:

Plan and drive the shift workload to meet SLAs and KPIs (throughput, accuracy, on-time dispatch)

Lead, coach and manage the performance of your team

Enforce H&S, quality and BRCGS standards on the floor

Keep WMS records accurate and manage stock discipline
-
Get hands-on with MHE and cover tasks personally when needed

Deliver a clean, accurate shift handover

Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
