Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry using various software programmes including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Assist in scheduling weekly jobs for our engineering team
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and quotations as required
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management as needed
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background with a strong understanding of clerical procedures
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a part time staff memeber to work 3 days a week Monday to Wednesday with the possibilty for additional hours as and when required.
Our office working hours are 8:30 am to 4:30pm
Pay: From £14,860.70 per year
