Key Responsibilities:
· Chase arrears
· Conducting and following up viewings and feedback to landlords
· Process appointments and feedback to landlord
· Ensure that property maintenance issues are resolved in a timely & cost-effective manner
· Ensure property adverts are up to date for vacant properties
· Ensure all stages of a tenancy are handled in a timely manner and documented
· Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
· Deal with customer enquiries effectively (see customer service charter)
· Ensure focus on own development
· Resolve complaints
· Escalate queries outside of own authority level
· Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
· Attention to all health & safety issues, including hazard and accident reporting
Qualifications:
- Aim towards achieving a Propertymark Level 3 Qualification in Property Management
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday with Saturdays once per month
