Location: Northwest
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Higher remuneration may be considered for candidates with exceptional or specialist experience

About Us
Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to support works across our Facilities and Projects divisions. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced tradesperson with strong joinery skills, who can confidently deliver a wide range of maintenance and project works.
You’ll be working on customer sites, completing everything from reactive repairs to planned installations, while delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of trade works across Facilities and Projects
- Complete jobs to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction and sign-off
- Attend site visits and pre-quote surveys
- Prepare work areas and coordinate materials/deliveries
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors
- Record and submit job details, photos, and timesheets
- Identify and report additional works when on-site
- Ensure all health & safety requirements are met
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ multi-trade experience
- Strong core skill in Joinery or Plastering (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- SSSTS qualification
- CSCS card
