Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant childcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your expertise in early childhood education, combined with strong management and leadership skills, will ensure that each child receives high-quality care and developmental support. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, development, and social skills for children in line with early childhood education standards
- Supervise and support children’s daily routines, including playtime, meals, rest periods, and outdoor activities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment by maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
- Lead by example in managing classroom behavior positively and encouraging independence among children
- Contribute to the ongoing assessment of each child's progress and maintain accurate records of their development
- Assist with the management of the nursery or childcare setting, including organizing resources and supporting team members in delivering quality care
Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner)
- Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license is desirable for roles involving transportation or home visits

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
