Role Overview
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants. Individuals have the opportunity to work self-employed as well employed.
This is a customer-facing role involving door-to-door interactions, where you will speak directly with residents, introduce our partnered broadband services, and help customers understand the options available to them. We work on building long-term relationships with our employees, providing a lot of progression within the role. We train individuals and provide them with all skills to build their old teams and work their way up.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Represent our partners services in a professional manner
- Provide clear information about broadband services and answer customer questions
- Build positive relationships with customers in the local community
- Work closely with your team to achieve targets
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Confidence speaking with people face-to-face
- Strong teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
