For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to support our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Support the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across the kitchen.

Assist Chef de Parties and senior chefs with daily mise en place and service operations.

Ensure ingredients are prepared and available to support efficient kitchen operations.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organization.

Follow recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards consistently.
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.

Strong passion for food, culinary excellence, and continuous development.

Basic culinary knowledge and a strong desire to develop technical cooking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
