Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This is a Live in position so experience is essential, You will be required to lock up the hotel and be on call for guests that require assistance in the night. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of front-of-house operations, including customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Live in (a room with a bathroom is provided)
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Support bartending staff during busy periods by preparing drinks and assisting with service.
- Collaborate with catering teams for events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Sleep over the hotel after finishing shift
- Must be first aid trained
- be professional and know this is a very important role as you will be responsible for guests sleeping in the hotel
Qualifications
- First aid

- Locking up the hotel- cashing up at the end of shift
- Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous for those interested in bar service roles.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
