Marketing Manager – maternity cover (9 months)

You'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our market leadership, increasing customer retention, and generating new business opportunities through impactful, data-driven marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams, and make a measurable contribution to commercial performance in a market-leading business.
Your role as Marketing Manager at phs Group will involve:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned to business growth objectives and commercial priorities.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with Digital, Content, PR, Events and Design teams.
- Create compelling propositions, messaging and customer-focused communications that drive engagement and value.
- Deliver customer retention and loyalty programmes that strengthen relationships and reduce cancellations.
- Support lead generation, customer acquisition and sales pipeline growth through targeted demand generation activity.
- Use market, customer and campaign insights to identify opportunities and optimise performance.
- Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, measuring contribution to lead generation, retention and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Pricing, Customer Experience, Operations and Digital teams.
- Collaborate with wider Group Marketing colleagues to ensure brand consistency and sharing of best practice.
The ideal candidate for a Marketing Manager at phs Group:
- 5-10 years' marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Experience developing and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to create compelling customer propositions, messaging and storytelling.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- Experience analysing campaign and customer data to drive decision making and performance improvement.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Degree-level education (or equivalent); CIM qualification desirable.
- Experience using Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) would be advantageous.
