Job Summary

Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and heating systems across commercial sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to assemble and modify piping, fixtures, and mechanical components
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs promptly
- Heavy lifting of equipment, pipes, and materials safely and efficiently during installation or maintenance tasks
- Operate commercial vehicles for transportation of tools, materials, or equipment to various job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality
- Document work performed accurately in reports and communicate effectively with clients or supervisors about project status
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plumbing/Heating Engineer or similar role in commercial settings
- Proficiency in plumbing techniques, heating system installation, and mechanical repairs
- Skilled in welding, assembly, use of hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repairs
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent for operating company vehicles
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to plumbing, heating systems, welding, and heavy equipment operation
- Additional skills such as basic math understanding or experience with HVAC systems are advantageous
