St Leger Homes is an award-winning, customer-focused social housing provider that manages 20,000 homes on behalf of Doncaster Council. As part of our commitment to maintaining healthy living environments and meeting our regulatory responsibilities, we are seeking to appoint a Damp, Mould and Disrepair Officer to support the administrative management of Pest Control and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) cases.
Reporting to the Damp, Mould and Disrepair Manager, the post holder will work as part of a small specialist team, alongside Building Surveyors and other colleagues across Housing Services. Whilst the role sits within the Damp, Mould and Disrepair Team, the primary focus will be supporting the management, coordination and administration of Pest Control and HHSRS hazards. The successful candidate will also develop knowledge and experience in Damp, Mould and Disrepair case management to support service resilience and business continuity.

Typical duties will include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support across Pest Control, HHSRS and wider property condition services.
- Managing case records and ensuring trackers, systems and databases are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinating inspections, surveys and appointments with customers, contractors and surveyors.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers reporting pest infestations and housing health and safety concerns.
- Monitoring case progression and ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales.
- Liaising with internal teams, contractors and external partners to support effective case resolution.
- Maintaining accurate records, correspondence and supporting documentation.
- Assisting with the collation of information required for complaints, legal enquiries and regulatory reporting.
- Supporting the Damp, Mould and Disrepair service when required, ensuring continuity of service delivery across the wider team.

Experience within housing, property services, compliance, administration or customer service environments would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
