Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular staff training programmes to promote professional development and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address employee concerns promptly and foster a positive organisational culture.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to support organisational objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a management capacity, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong management skills with the ability to organise, delegate, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in developing strategic plans and implementing process improvements.

Pay: £24,420.00-£60,000.00 per year
