Chef de Partie (Section Chef)

Known for exceptional food, premium wines and outstanding hospitality, we are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences using quality Spanish ingredients alongside the best local produce. Following the launch of Privado, our exclusive private dining and events space, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a quality-driven kitchen, take ownership of your section and develop your skills as part of an ambitious independent restaurant. The Role As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring it is organised, prepared and ready for service. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
What We're Looking For - Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress. - Passion for quality food and attention to detail. - Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a busy kitchen. - Positive attitude and strong team ethic. - Good knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP standards. - Reliability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
