We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-2, as well as planning and delivering activities that promote the physical, social and emotional development of young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality education. An apprenticeship may be considered for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, social development of children
- Monitor children's progress and development with minimal paperwork requirements
- Provide a positive role model for children
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress
- Work with other educators to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Our opening hours are 7.30am-5.45pm and shifts fall within this. Our staff work either 24 hours over 3 days, 32 hours over 4 days or 40 hours over 5 days per week.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northampton NN3 7RT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Level 2 or above in Early Years (preferred)
