Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or similar maintenance role
- Competence in multiple trades:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Painting & decorating
- (Additional skills welcomed)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
- Dedication to high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service
- Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
Job Summary
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across a wide range of retail, commercial, and domestic properties
- Manage both independent tasks and team-based projects
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
- Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of multi-trade repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Work to deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Follow internal procedures and accurately record all required data
- Operate company tools and equipment safely
- Represent Tarrant Assist with professionalism, integrity, and respect on every site
