Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance and safety of the outdoor spaces of the properties and estates we manage, ensuring they are inviting, well-kept, and functional.
This role is a mobile position, working across all of our blocks of flats and housing estates in Kent, with the majority of our estates in the Dartford and Medway areas. You will be responsible for cleaning the external communal areas. A work van with fitted pressure washer system will be supplied along with all uniform. This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Duties
- Cleaning bin stores and bins using disinfectant and pressure washer
- Sweeping underground car parks
- Waste removal Including removal of fly tipping
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Other general grounds maintenance including litter picking and emptying communal bins
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in window and gutter cleaning is essential
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while adhering to safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor environments
Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
