Rolling Homes Camper Ltd is a family-run campervan conversion company based in Shrewsbury, specialising in building high-quality bespoke campervans.
We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Workshop Operative to join our team immediately. This is a varied, hands-on role that is essential to keeping our workshop running efficiently.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Valeting and preparing campervans to an exceptionally high standard
- Cleaning and maintaining the workshop
- Receiving deliveries and organising stock
- General workshop maintenance and housekeeping
- Assisting the workshop team with the day-to-day build of our bespoke campervans
- Supporting fitters with vehicle preparation and assembly tasks
- Fitting components and carrying out workshop tasks under the guidance of our experienced team
- Moving vehicles around the premises (full UK driving licence required)
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
As your experience grows, you'll become increasingly involved in the build process, helping our skilled team create high-quality bespoke campervans.

Essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling
