CHEF DE PARTIE – IMMEDIATE START
£14 per hour | 38–48 hours per week | 5 days over 7 | Includes weekends
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen here at the Lamp Room Seaham.
This is an immediate-start position initially offered to provide temporary staffing cover, with the potential for an ongoing/permanent position for the right person.
The role
You will work as part of a busy kitchen team, helping to deliver consistently high-quality food across our breakfast, lunch and evening service.
We are looking for someone who is confident working in a busy kitchen, takes pride in their food and can work well as part of a team.
Hours: 38–48 hours per week
Working pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends
Pay: From £14 per hour, depending on experience
Start: Immediate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Is confident working in a busy service environment
- Has good food preparation and cooking skills
- Works cleanly, efficiently and consistently
- Can work well under pressure
- Is reliable and punctual
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Is a positive team player
