For everyone working in the pub we are looking for the following:
- Taking pride in our pub - lighting, music, atmosphere, ambience!
- Engage with customers and make them feel welcome
- Prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink
- Maintain a clean & safe environment for guests and colleagues
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the pub and facilities
- Recommended and up sell products
- Work well within a team and support your team
The pub is open from 12-12 every day and with a small team you are expected to be available during this time. We do try and keep a consistent rota but cover for holidays is expected. Minimum of one weekend day each each.
Kitchen & Bar Team Member
- 24 hrs/wk contract (typically 30 hrs/wk)
- Living Wage Foundation Employer - £13.45/hr
- Cooking, waitering and bar work you’ll form the key foundation of the team
- Min level 2 in Food Safety and experience working in a busy kitchen or bar
