Food & Beverage Assistants
The Crowne Plaza East Midlands Airport is looking for a food and beverage assistants to work in its various food & beverage outlets, restaurant, bar, conference & banqueting facilities. The Hotel has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and we are looking for a dedicated professional to join this vibrant, engaged team and grow your career in our fast-paced environment.
You will working with other food and beverage assistants and reporting to supervisors and the restaurant manager to ensure the day to day smooth running of its food and beverage facilities and deliver to an exacting standard and to maintain our mission of
“simple, sensational service.”
What do we require from a food and beverage supervisor.
- The smooth running of our restaurant and other outlets through its various services periods. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, conferences and banquets
- Must have experience working in a food and beverage assistant
- Maintain cleanliness within the department
- Work alongside the restaurant manager to enhance and drive the department
- Direct a team of food and beverage assistants on the shift
- Working as part of a team
- Monitor guest feedback and action accordingly
