The Role
As part of our kitchen brigade, you'll help prepare and deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining the exceptional standards our guests have come to expect. Depending on your experience, you'll work alongside our Head Chef and senior team, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
- Working confidently within your kitchen section.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
- Helping develop seasonal menus and daily specials where appropriate.
- Ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is presented to the highest standard.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience working in a professional and busy kitchen (experience level will determine the role offered).
- Has a genuine passion for producing quality food.
- Enjoys working as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Is organised, reliable and eager to learn.
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
