Duties

- Negotiate offers and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties

- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to provide accurate guidance
- Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey information and build rapport with diverse audiences
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base and enhance outreach efforts
