Tempo 301 is a boutique reformer Pilates and fitness studio in London, delivering high-standard classes with exceptional customer service. We're dedicated to creating an environment of innovation and growth, while building a supportive and rewarding team culture.
We're looking for a motivated, energetic and experienced Strength Trainer to join our friendly and dynamic team and deliver our Tempo Strength method.
Our Strength programme includes Full Body, Glutes & Legs, Core & Upper and Beginners classes. We focus on functional movement, progressive strength and great coaching, helping students build strength, confidence and better movement.
To be one of the team, you need:
- Level 3 PT qualification (required)
- Strong knowledge of strength training and functional movement
- Experience leading group fitness classes
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- The ability to confidently coach a range of abilities, from beginners to more experienced clients
- A passion for helping people get stronger and move better

Hours
The current role is 4 hours per week:
Wednesday: 6:15pm–8:15pm
Saturday: 10:15am–12:15pm
Availability for both Wednesday evening and Saturday morning is essential.
There is potential for additional weekday morning classes and cover work as the timetable expands.
