We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to support the delivery of Geely Auto UK national Aftersales Training Programme. This is a vital role responsible for coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting our dealer network, and ensuring training operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Working closely with the Aftersales Technical Training Manager, trainers, regional teams and dealer network, you will become the central point of contact for training administration, reporting, learner management and communication.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and supporting a growing aftersales training operation. You'll work within a collaborative environment where your organisational skills, attention to detail and customer focus will directly contribute to the success of our dealer network and technician development programme.
About the Role
As Training Administrator, you will take end-to-end ownership of training administration processes, ensuring courses are effectively planned, delivered and reported on. You will support dealer technicians throughout their learning journey while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.
Key Responsibilities
Training Coordination & Scheduling
- Coordinate classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes.
- Manage delegate bookings, confirmations and waiting lists.
- Schedule training facilities, workshop bays, vehicles and resources.
- Send joining instructions, reminders and course updates.
- Manage course cancellations and rescheduling activities.
Learner & Dealer Administration
- Maintain accurate technician and learner records.
- Enrol delegates onto learning pathways and training programmes.
- Track attendance, course completion and certification status.
- Respond to dealer queries regarding bookings, prerequisites and access issues.
- Update learning management and aftersales systems with training outcomes.
Reporting & Data Management
- Produce weekly training activity reports.
- Track attendance, completion rates and certification compliance.
- Identify training gaps and capability requirements across the dealer network.
- Maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI and LMS exports.
- Support audit and compliance reporting requirements.
Course & Certification Administration
- Maintain course documentation and training catalogues.
- Manage version control of training materials.
- Coordinate training resources and course packs.
- Issue certificates within agreed service levels.
- Ensure records remain accurate and audit-ready.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for training-related queries.
- Manage shared inboxes and dealer communications.
- Provide timely responses to enquiries and complaints.
- Liaise regularly with trainers, dealer staff and regional managers.
- Support communication campaigns and course promotions.
LMS & Systems Administration
- Create and manage courses within the Learning Management System.
- Maintain user access and permissions.
- Troubleshoot system and login issues.
- Support eLearning deployment and learner tracking.
- Generate system reports and data exports.
Training Logistics & Trainer Support
- Coordinate training vehicles, tools, parts and consumables.
- Prepare registers, attendance records and delegate information.
- Support virtual training sessions and online learning activities.
- Assist with trainer travel and expense administration where required.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor mandatory training requirements and certification renewals.
- Support audit readiness and accreditation records.
- Analyse learner feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to new course launches and programme enhancements.
About You
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative, training coordination or learning support role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with Power BI reporting.
- Experience supporting training, learning or automotive environments.
- Understanding of certification and compliance tracking processes.

Contract: Permanent / Part Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday / 20 hours per week
During Scheduled Training Delivery
- 08:00 – 09:30: Reception-based duties
- 09:30 – 12:00: Office-based duties
When Training Is Not Being Delivered
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 09:00 – 13:00 (office-based)
- Monday and Friday: 09:00 – 13:00 (hybrid working)
Place of Work: Geely Auto UK, Coventry
