What the role involves
This is an exciting and varied role with plenty of opportunities to contribute and grow. You will provide crucial administrative support to keep things running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and greeting visitors.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Communicating professionally and politely via phone, email, and post.
- Supporting the team with organisational tasks and effective communication.
- Maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for office supplies.
- Working collaboratively and contributing to team efforts to achieve results.
- Assisting with the firm's marketing initiatives and networking events .
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. You should be commercially aware, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll need to be organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
