Job details – Sales Consultant – Watches & Jewellery
We have an exciting opportunity available to join the Sales team at Jamieson & Carry. We are looking for Sales people who want to provide and be part of our customer’s experience whilst shopping with us. Are you outgoing, friendly and love beautiful & luxurious items? Do you want to learn more about watches, jewellery or gems? If so then we are looking for the right people to join our team.
About the role – Your main duties involve:
Ø Greeting customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
Ø Giving customers outstanding service by understanding their needs and recommending the right products & services.
Ø Ensuring appropriate presentation, display, organisation, storing and replenishment of stock to maximise sales and security
Ø Sharing product knowledge with customers while making personal recommendations, and forming professional relationships with customers
Ø Performing merchandising tasks, such as stock, re-merchandising, display, pricing, and transfers
Ø Receiving and booking in repairs
About you:
You should have
· An outstanding ability to provide the top-level customer service
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Have a keen interest in jewellery, gems and watches
· Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
· Basic Computer skills
· The ability to maintain professional relationships and a positive attitude with customers and colleagues
· Patience in abundance
· Good team working skills

Pay: From £13.75 per hour
